I am going to do a cooking demonstration outside by Caffe-Society Fairtrade Store in 2 weeks. I plan to cook a couple of dishes which I have created using as many Fairtrade Products as possible.I was reading the Fairtrade Foundations Magazine - called Fair Comment and on Page 6 there was a competition. It is looking to produce a Fairtrade Cook Book and require 150 recipes from anyone who feels they have an interesting dish. So I may well enter, after I have tried it out on the poor old general public. I am also going to be filmed doing this which is something I have never done before .

I will let you know how well I do, and whether it was a success, then I will give you the dishes I cooked and tell you how to do them yourselves.
