Its Tuesday and I have spent the morning at my Caffe - Society store, as it is Market Day and you get alot of holiday makers come to Newport on coaches. If the weather is not too good then they wil for certain come in for a coffee, but today looks like a hot sunny one so may be not so many.
This afternoon I have be invited to visit the Spinnaker Tower. This is the highest public viewing tower in the UK. I have often seen it from the Island, but as you stand at the base it is truly amazing. The lift to the top takes less than 30 seconds. Once up there I am asked to have photos taken for publicity for the project, Millioneurosin90days.com . I had a go at walking the glass floor and as you look down to the ground it is awesome. The view I can only liken to my first time in a Jet Ranger Helicopter sitting in the front next to the pilot. You just seem to hover over the ground and can see for miles.
