As you may have read I am off to the states to promote my project. The USA is a huge supporter of Fairtrade and once I am away I will continue to write my blogs from San Francisco, and Hawaii where I will be visiting projects that promote Fairtrade and Enviromental issues.Nearer to home I will be travelling around the UK including Scotland and Wales during the middle of July, conducting interviews with Radio Studios and Filming for the production which I hope will be shown after it has ended. I know it may sound a bit sad but its that time of year again, its Eurovison Song Contest. I am a fan of this and Terry Wogan's sarcastic utterances both great institutions and a pure joy to watch. I know its the old thing of you either love or hate the contest, but I am the former and am proud. It is great to see 42 countries taking part, 24 for the final on Saturday, but all wanting to be part of a fun night, united as one with one goal. What about a Worldsong contest, all as one with one goal, like the air we breathe. Oh well may be one day.
Have a good weekend
