With a Catering background I regularly receive my copy of the Caterer Magazine. In a recent edition they describe the Hotel of the Future. This will prove a good resource for my plans to design, develop and build a new eco, Fairtrader store, which is part of this project, again to be filmed and made into a production. I will let you know in detail early next year here on this blog as how I will develop the ideas that will create an enviromentally friendly store.
